Cosplay based on the character Pennywise from the film of the 2017 film IT, created for the Montreal ComicCon in 2017.
Using a single promo image, this costume was recreated using information given by the designer on many interviews before the film was released. The costume is made with a poly taffeta with pleated sleeves , bouffant sleeves, and pants. The ruff collar was made with cotton gauze that was custom dyed and the entire costume was broken down to add more texture.
The shoes were also made by covering already existing sneakers with and burgundy vinyl that was later on broken down too.
The wig was a commercial wig modified to extend the forehead. Make Up by me also.
