SHIPPING & HANDLING
Shipping is calculated based on the customer location and the weight of the package. I ship to Canada, US and internationally. Buyers will be contacted for shipping options once the outfit is finished and ready to be shipped. All orders are shipped via CANADA POST. If you would like an alternative shipping method, please contact me prior to product delivery.
I provide quotes on International shipping with tracking. I package every item with care to ensure the safety of the garment, but I cannot guarantee the condition of boxes or the items during shipping.
Insurance is charged extra and is determined by the price of shipment.
Items are usually shipped within two days of receiving final payment once completion of the garment is confirmed. Standard delivery time varies depending on the country but it is usually 7-10 business days; however I cannot guarantee in transit time. After an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Customs and import taxes:Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

As a quick reference, my use of your personal information is limited to:
a) Collecting and storing information about my customers.
b) The postage of ordered items through this website or e-mail service to ensure that the items reach customers safely.
At no time will you receive unsolicited mail, digitally or otherwise from Erika Parra Atelier. Please inform me if you believe that any contravention of the above policy has occurred.
All artwork, designs, images or content published on this website are property of Erika Parra . At no moment does Erika Parra grant permission to use any or the images or content without written consent.
All photographs on the website are not to be downloaded, reproduced, copied, stored, manipulated, used or altered in any way, with prior written permission of Erika Parra and any photographers participanting on this website.
My goal is to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with the piece that was made specially for you. As such, if you are not completely happy or if there is a fault in the garment upon arrival, please contact me and I will be happy to help you through it.
The garment pieces I sell are all Custom Orders, therefore I have a strict no refund policy. I ask that you, as the commissioner, be very clear about what you want, and to provide timely feedback of any displeasure with your commission before it is shipped out for me to give you the best service possible. I will do my best to keep you informed during the process of creation so that we can discuss any changes or modifications when possible.
Cancellations of orders are to be made via e-mail, up to 48 hours from submitting your order. A total refund will be given if your order has not been processed. In the event that your order has been processed, a 30% fee will be charged and you will receive the balance of your initial payment.
LAYAWAY PLANS: If you choose to pay on separate instalments, payments must be made within the following 15 calendar days of each scheduled payment. Failure to do so will result in the cancelation of the commission without any applicable refund. Please remember that the FIRST PAYMENT is NON-REFUNDABLE as stated on the item page when you select the chosen method of payment.
Once the garment has been finished and you have been notified, you will have 15 calendar days to finalize the payments and shipping arrangements. If I have not received any response from you, the commissioner, within that frame of time, the order will be closed without any applicable refund and I will also reserve the right to put the garment out for sale.
I will repair items up to 2 months from the date of delivery. Please send me an email with the details of the repair and a photo of the item to firstname.lastname@example.org. I will review the scope of the repair and I will return your email within 48 hours with the assessment and information of applicable charges. As the customer, you are responsible for all costs associated with the shipping of the item. I suggest you insure your item through the carrier of your choice and that you send me the tracking number via email. I am not responsible for customs or other fees associated with the delivery or transportation of the package.
Patterns are FINAL SALE and are not refundable. I don't accept returns or cancellations due to the nature of the product. If you have any questions regarding the patterns, please contact me and I will be glad to help you as much as I can.
Please be aware that Erika Parra Atelier reserves the right to change this refund policy at any time without notice. Erika Parra Atelier also reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason at any time. If this ever happens, I will notify you with the full reasons detailing why your order has been cancelled and a full refund of payments will be made.
Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping to Europe and other countries may vary too much and this is why I recommend you to contact me with your address information before purchasing the item to make sure you agree with the shipping charges to your location. A special quote will be sent to every client upon contact. In my experience, shipping costs can go between $50US to $100US. Again, please contact me before for further information.
